Malware – malicious software can cause you to lose loads of valuable data and information. Malware can also cause a lot of damage to your computer. In extreme cases, you may need to re-install your operating system or trash the system completely. A worst case scenario is identity theft. It is therefore better to protect your computer at all times from malware.

2. Make sure your firewall is turn on to prevent intrusion.

4. Keep all your software applications up to date, including your Internet explorer
